After thorough research, you have decided on your item(s), place them in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Here you can choose the payment method PayPal or bank transfer. You will generally be informed about the receipt of payment by email and will also receive an order confirmation in any case. Shipping within Germany is generally free of charge and is carried out by DHL with shipment tracking.
The production
Once I have received your payment, I will start processing your order. You will receive a notification to the address you have provided stating that your order is being processed. If I do not have the material in stock, as I do not have a large warehouse, the required material will be ordered immediately. The materials are always sourced from Europe. Due to long-standing business relationships, the material arrives on the next working day at the latest and your order can be dispatched within 3 working days. If the material is in stock, it will be dispatched on the day of receipt of payment. Once the material has arrived, it will be processed immediately. Cut to size, sewn.
The dispatch
After the final check, your items are individually wrapped in soft tissue paper, packed in a shipping box and sent on their way to you. You will also receive an email notification that your order is on its way to you. You will find the tracking number for the status of your delivery in your customer account.
